Within the Service Design Network (SDN) Belgium, the idea has been living for some time now not only to bring together the community itself, but also to focus on the future of our sector and more specifically on the influx of new talent. The University of Antwerp wants to take the plunge and offer a postgraduate degree in Service Design through the Product Development department (Fac. Design Sciences). We want to design this training program together with you: what do we want to achieve with this program? For whom are we doing this? What competencies or tools should definitely not be missing?

What did you do this weekend? This weekend these Service Jammers went from an idea to concept in only 48 hours. There were crazy fast challenges, inspiring talks, group brainstorms, a shitty prototyping marathon and in the end they pitched their final prototype in front of a jury.

A couple of weeks ago we celebrated our first anniversary and we invited the Belgian service design community to our first birthday party.
