Carol Massa is a multi-disciplinary designer with 10+ years of experience across many fields of design including visual design, branding and service design. Her expertise ranges from both consulting Fortune 500 companies and in-house experience in telecommunications, insurance, retail and healthcare to deliver meaningful solutions through a service-design approach. Carol holds a Master of Fine Arts in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Harrisburg University. She is SDN Master Accredited and teaches at SDN Academy on strategy, innovation and implementation for practitioners across the world.
