I have been working on Human-Centered Design for more than 20 years, ever since I came across usability, information architecture and user centered design in the late 1990s. 

I promoted this practice in Argentina through teaching, events and the creation of local chapters of professional associations (UPA, UXPA, IXDA). 

In 2005 I founded Inter-Cultura, one of the pioneer consultancies in our region focused in human-centered innovation & design. We started working on Service Design more than 8 years ago. 

In 2020 we joined EY. I currently lead the EY Latin America South Design Studio with operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. 

In a parallel life I teach Design Thinking, Experience Design and Design Management at: UCA, UBA, ITBA, UdeSA (MIND).
